At Alma you can be yourself — Happy Pride!

We believe that in order to stay competitive, we need a wide variety of different kinds of people to build Alma’s future together.

Pride has been celebrated this year throughout June, but the traditional Pride Week is celebrated from June 27 to July 3. Pride aims to promote diversity, self-affirmation, dignity and equality.

These values are also important to Alma, and our goal is that employees feel that they are accepted and respected as who they are while working at Alma. We believe that in order to stay competitive, we need a wide variety of different kinds of people to build Alma’s future together.

The colors of the rainbow have appeared in some of our offices to remind about the important themes of Pride.
