Fair recruitment

In cooperation with the Office of the Public Defender of Rights, we fought to reduce open discrimination in job adverts. Our information campaign aimed at companies ran from 2011 to 2013 and included a series of seminars for HR officers from across the country. Together we were able to open a debate on this sensitive subject and make significant progress, too. Before the campaign, 15% of adverts had contained openly discriminatory criteria and wording (concerning age, for example). Nowadays, these are a rarity in job advertisements. We are also still working on the removing possible discrimination in the later stages of recruitment – to learn more, check out our Data Breakfasts.
